SKinkLondon is a non-commercial operation providing advisory documents. Our network of internationally respected BDSM houses help people to enjoy smarter, safer, more liberating interactions

No data is collected on this site.  None is held.  Data is processed briefly offsite, where it is anonymised under a referral code.  The referral code is not traceable to any personal details held as there is a manual data wall – requiring any routed documents to be sent manually, and all autoresponders to delete sent material on transmission when receiving a trigger code.  Any such auto-response is anonymised.

International coverage and variation

We correspond with people in over 20 countries, which each have varying data protection laws. This Privacy Notice applies to all our interactions across the world except to the extent a country-specific requirement supplements the notice.

 

 What we collect

We collect email addresses which are not recorded against any name and cannot be linked to any material we produce.

We may collect this information directly from you when you register for an event or engage with our services and/or platforms. We may also collect this information from third party partners and public sources to the extent permitted by applicable data protection law.

 

Children's personal data

Most of our services and products are directed at business professionals and are not intended for children under the age of sixteen. For the majority of our events and services we do not knowingly collect personal data from users in this age group and reserve the right to delete such information if we become aware of having collected it.  We are reliant on the gatekeeping actions of our contributing houses for their careful vetting.
